Privacy Policy
Effective date: 28 July 2026
FuturisX Group Pvt. Ltd. ("FuturisX", "we", "us") is a technology company registered in Nepal and based in Kathmandu. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit futurisxgroup.com or contact us through the details published on it.
The short version: this website is a static site. It has no backend, no database and no user accounts, so the site itself does not collect or store information about you. The personal information we hold is what you choose to send us yourself — alongside the standard server logs our hosting provider generates for every website, described below.
What this website does not collect
The site is built as a set of pre-rendered files served by a third-party hosting provider. There is no application server, no database and no server-side code running behind it. Specifically:
- No accounts or logins. There is nothing to register for and no profile associated with you.
- No server-side form handling. The contact form on the site does not send anything to a server. It assembles a message and opens it in your own email application using a mailto: link. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your own mail client, and we receive only what you decide to send.
- No first-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent, and we set no first-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not build visitor profiles, do not track you across sites, and do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- No payments. The website does not process transactions, and we never ask for card or bank details through it.
Information you choose to give us
When you email company@futurisxgroup.com, call or message us on +977 9822998355, or reach us through a social account, we receive whatever you include: typically your name, email address or phone number, your organisation, and the details of your enquiry.
We use that information only to reply to you, to discuss and deliver the work you are asking about, and to keep ordinary business records of our correspondence. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists.
Our email and telephone services are provided by third-party providers, which means your message passes through — and may be stored on — their systems. Please do not send passwords, credentials, financial details or other sensitive material by unencrypted email; if a project needs that, ask us and we will agree a safer channel.
Third-party content embedded in the site
Some parts of the site load content from other companies. When your browser requests that content, it connects directly to those companies and they can see your IP address, browser and device details, the page you are viewing, and the time of the request. They may also set their own cookies. This happens between your browser and them; the data does not pass through us and we do not receive it.
- Google Maps. Our contact section embeds a Google Maps frame showing our location. Google may collect the information described above and may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google's font service, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Outbound links. Links to client websites and to our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles take you off this site. Once you follow one, the destination's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their practices.
If you would rather not connect to these services, browser settings, extensions or privacy modes that block third-party requests will prevent the map and the remote fonts from loading; the rest of the site still works.
Hosting and server access logs
The site is hosted by a third-party provider. As is normal for web servers, that provider's infrastructure may record standard access logs for each request — typically the IP address, timestamp, file requested, HTTP status, referring page and browser user-agent string. Any such logs are generated and held by the hosting provider under its own terms and retention schedule, not ours, and are generally used for security, abuse prevention and technical troubleshooting. We do not use them for analytics or profiling, and we do not combine them with any other information about you.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as we may reasonably need to follow up, and are then deleted.
- Client correspondence and project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required for contractual, accounting and legal purposes under Nepali law.
- Server access logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its own schedule, not ours.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or put it beyond use.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, and you can withdraw consent where our use rests on consent.
To make a request, email company@futurisxgroup.com and describe what you would like. We may ask a question or two to confirm you are the person the information relates to, and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can. Where we cannot act on a request — for example, where a record must be kept for legal or accounting reasons — we will explain why.
These rights reflect the Individual Privacy Act 2075 (2018) of Nepal, which governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal information here. The Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (2008) also applies to electronic records and communications with us, including unauthorised access to data held in electronic form.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR may apply to your dealings with us. Where it does, our legal bases are your consent (for enquiries you initiate), our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and running our business, and contract performance where we are working with you. You may also have rights of portability and objection, and a right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children's privacy
This site is aimed at businesses and organisations, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because the website stores nothing about visitors, there is no visitor database to breach. For information you send us by email or message, we limit access to the people who need it for the work in hand and rely on the protections offered by our email and device providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and the current version is always published at this address. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies to you.
Questions
For any question about this policy or about the information we hold, contact us at company@futurisxgroup.com or on +977 9822998355. Written enquiries can be addressed to FuturisX Group Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.
