Cookie Policy

This policy explains how cookies and similar storage technologies relate to https://futurisxgroup.com, the website of FuturisX Group Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. It can be read again on a later visit, which is how sites remember preferences, keep you signed in, or measure how their pages are used. Related technologies — local storage, session storage, and similar browser storage — do much the same thing without using a cookie file.

Cookies are set by whoever serves the content. A cookie set by the site you are visiting is a first-party cookie; one set by content embedded from another company is a third-party cookie.

What FuturisX does not do

This website is a statically exported set of files. There is no server application, no database, no user account, no login, and no payment processing behind it. Because of that, there is very little for a cookie to do here.

  • We set no first-party analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or any comparable measurement product on this site.
  • We set no advertising, retargeting, or profiling cookies, and we do not operate advertising pixels or conversion trackers.
  • We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share browsing data with data brokers.
  • The contact form does not send data to us over the network. It opens a message in your own email application using a mailto: link. Nothing is submitted, stored, or cookied by the website — we receive only the email you choose to send yourself.

Because we place no optional first-party cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner. There is no first-party tracking to consent to or refuse.

Strictly necessary and technical storage

Some storage is technical rather than tracking. On this site that may include:

  • Ordinary browser and network caching of the site's pages, fonts, styles, and scripts, so pages load faster on a return visit. This is handled by your browser and our hosting provider and is not used to identify you.
  • Security and delivery measures applied by our hosting provider, which may set a short-lived technical cookie to serve requests or protect against abuse.

This kind of storage is strictly necessary to deliver the pages you requested. Under most consent regimes, including the GDPR as applied to visitors in the European Economic Area, strictly necessary storage does not require prior consent.

Third-party content embedded in this site

Some parts of the site load content directly from other companies. When your browser fetches that content, it connects to those companies' servers. They receive your IP address, the page you are viewing, and standard request information such as your browser type — and they may set their own cookies. We do not control this, cannot read those cookies, and do not receive that data.

  • Google Maps — our contact section embeds a Google Maps frame showing our location. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
  • Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google's font service, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

If you would rather not connect to Google at all, you can block third-party content for this site using your browser's settings or a content-blocking extension. The rest of the site will still work; the map will simply not appear and text will render in a fallback typeface.

Links to other websites

The site links out to client websites and to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Following a link takes you to a service we do not operate. Those services set their own cookies and apply their own policies from the moment you arrive — and if you are already signed in to a social network, it may be able to associate that visit with your account. How to control and delete cookies

Your browser gives you full control. You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, delete cookies already stored, or clear them automatically when you close the browser. Blocking cookies for this site will not stop you reading it.

  • Google Chrome — Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Delete browsing data.
  • Mozilla Firefox — Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data and Enhanced Tracking Protection.

Most browsers also let you set rules for a single site, so you can allow storage generally while blocking it for this one, or the reverse.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser signal asking sites not to track you. There is no agreed standard for honouring it, and many sites ignore it. Because we run no first-party analytics or advertising trackers, there is nothing on our side for a DNT signal to switch off — our behaviour is the same whether you send it or not.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal indicating that you object to the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so we have no such practice to stop. Neither signal can control what the embedded Google services described above do; only blocking that content in your browser will.

Your rights and the law that applies

We operate from Nepal, and our handling of personal information is governed by the Individual Privacy Act 2075 (2018) and its Regulation, together with the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (2008). Under Nepali law, personal information is collected and used only with your knowledge and consent, and you may ask what we hold about you and request correction.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR may apply to your personal data. Where it does, our lawful basis for the technical storage needed to deliver this website is our legitimate interest in serving the pages you requested; strictly necessary storage of this kind does not require consent. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Since we hold no visitor records from this website beyond emails you choose to send us, in practice there is usually nothing for us to retrieve or delete.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year, and whenever we change the third-party content embedded in the site or add any measurement tool. Material changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Please check this page from time to time.
